pigmented, lasts all day, it's definitely the best brow powder i've used.

I've had this product quite awhile, and I can tell you, it's a desert-island item for me. It's great as liner, as brow color (and I've used it from dark brown hair-color through red, auburn, five shades of blonde and blonde with blue and purple accents), and can sub for eye shadow and even mascara. It's pretty easy to use but with a little practice it becomes even more versatile. I could easily do a whole makeup just with this and some concealer. Once it dries, it stays put well.
